I am trying to locate a new Winchester Model 70 in 30-06 or 308 new. I am specifically looking for one of the new guns made in South Carolina by FN. I have not had any luck finding them anywhere. Does anyone know of a source to find this rifle?

Thanks

Phil

That is what I thought at first... But look carefully. They are not Winchester's from South Carolina made by FN. They are the older models. I do not want one of the older ones. I a, looking for the new models.

Thanks

Anything made 2008 or newer will be FN produced. It would be doubtful anything being sold new would be the older New Haven produced guns since they stopped production in 2006.

Almost any gunstore should have them, or quickly get one.

The newer Winchesters are hard to find, I tried a year ago. Some stores will get them for you but have none in stock.

I have one of the older ones from 2005 and wouldn't part with it. Heard the new ones are nice but haven't seen any.

CDNN has a good selection. Just look for those with the MOA trigger. That is the new trigger in the S.C. built models.

The FN made Winchesters are all you can find in my area...and I must add that I had one follow me home several weeks ago!

I'll second CDNN Investments... I'm addicted to that catalogue. It looks like you could pick up what you're looking for in the $650 range.
