XDM 5.25 on the way!

My new XDM 5.25 bi-tone 9mm is hitting my FFl tomorrow. Can not wait to get my hands on it. Had the Springfield custom shop do a competition trigger job. All my other handguns are smaller, this is my first real range gun.

The 5.25 is amazing! You're gonna love it. What did you get the trigger # set for?

I sent the gun to the Springfield custom shop. Since this a range gun & not a carry gun, they did a competition action job. trigger is set to 3 1/2lbs., over-travel stop, & short reset. It sure feels good, have not had a chance to go to the range yet.

i have 5" XD Tactical in 9mm and it is sweet. Trigger pull is so smooth, it doesn't even feel like you pulled it when you shoot. I haven't seen the 5,25 XDM, but it must be great. I want to feel one in my hand. Great buy!

That trigger is a powder river precision. Will usually run between 3.5-4lbs. That makes a big difference. Runs as close to a good 1911 trigger as you'll ever get a striker fired gun.
