Anyone with the XTreme load data book?

I'm wondering what they recommend for a AOL using the 200gr CPRN for .45ACP. I'm quite successful with them, just curious if I ended up anywhere near what they say.

I've bee loading 200gr. Xtreme Plated FP for years with good results. I've used WST, Bullseye and Unique for years getting ready to try some Accurate #2 . I load them light to about 800 fps. Go easy on me and my gun. To get them to pass the plunk test I have to load them to 1.180 OAL. I shoot them in a full size 1911. Very accurate and easy to shoot. and I am no where near max. pressure. WST is my favorite for 45ACP.

I've been loading them for years at 1.255", works well in all of my 45acp's

If you don't mind me asking, what is your WST load?
I just picked up a lb and haven't used it before.

I use 4.2 gr of WST with 200gr SWC from MB. 4.1-4.2 works for the 185gr. Note. Min is posted as 4.4 gr for WST so proceed with caution to see how your gun handles the lighter loads. I'm running a 14 # RS with a slide mounted dot sight.

WST is so nice to work with. One big advantage is it is light colored easy to see in the case. Sorry I don't give out my load spec's. They work for me, might not for you.

Understood, and I dont blame you. Was just curious since I have a bunch of the 200gn xtremes and some WST.

The beauty of WST is that since it was design as a shotgun powder, it burns exceptionally clean at reduced loads. My favorite powder for BE load in my 45acp and light plinking loads in the 357 mag. I've used it in a lot of handgun loads where I don't want full power. One thing to be aware of is that its reverse temp sensitive and can get moody if you push it it hard on the high end.
