A RRA lower, Triji nightsights, a nice extended GLOCK mag, a third 15 rnd mag for IDPA, and some of those wonderful Surefire batteries. Man looking at the AR15 thread on AR15.com has really fueled my imagination and worsened the fever! Right now I'm leaning toward an M4 type setup, with a flattop receiver.
