Over the last year I've carried several calibers in several platforms. The most by far would have to be .38 Special +P in a snubby carried in a pancake holster by "Simply Rugged" holsters. It's just flat comfortable! I sometimes will pocket a Kel-tec P3AT as well. I also have two IWB Makarov caliber options in a CZ-82 and a East German Makarov both in Falco IWB holsters. Unfortunately Falco has just discontinued importation to the US. I also sometimes carry a Kahr CW9 in a IWB holster. Just two days ago a Don Hume "Open Top" belt holster arrived for my newest carry piece, a Taurus PT145. Once I've brought myself up to speed on that pistol it will be my new carry preference. So...take your pick, .380, 38 Spec., 9X18, 9X19, .45 ACP. Variety is the spice and all that.
