Yes i'm not a diehard revolver addict. But my revolver stable is:
S&W 627 V-Comp 4" 357.
Colt Python Stainless 4" 357.
Mateba Unica Model 6 4" 357.
S&W Model 500 "Bone Collecter 10.5" 500.

My favourite is: Colt Python
It gave my 25 years of service on the force, and oh so Smooth & Wesson trigger pull.

I have more then a few, but the one i like the most is my Ruger GP 100. Why? Because
it makes a perfect range gun and is often the only revolver that makes every range trip

I'd have to say my 4" security six that I inherited when my grandfather died. As soon as I turned 21 I claimed it as mine and it became my first carry gun as well. Still carry it from time to time when I don't feel like carrying my p345

Currently my first and only revolver - Raging Bull .44 Mag 6 in barrel, blued. Just a heck of a lot of fun. Would love to have a GP-100.

My 2" SP101. Great for range, carry, hd, woods stomping and the list goes on. It is for me as versatile as it gets. Although a speed six would be nice too. :)

Curntly its a S&W Mod 28 that I picked up not to long ago. I am waiting on a Mod 29-2 to show up that might replace it for the top gun position for a bit.

Why?

Small and easily concealed, shoots both .38 special and .357, has good power in such a small package and it's built like a tank.

Remington 1858 New Model Army. .44 Caliber cap and ball.

Nice and strong, can shoot nice light loads on up to BOOM! Always turns heads on the range when I throw a monstrous cloud of smoke down range. Easy to load, easy to disassemble, well designed.

It's a blast! Pun intended.

Subject to change but right now a S&W model 27-2 with a 5"bbl. I favor it above my 44mag because it is just easier to shoot and the ammo is cheaper. Kills the paper I shoot just as efficiently as the 44. :)

My 386P. It is my current carry gun. It's had a trigger job, been dehorned and bobbed. Very comfy to carry in the appendix position. I have a hi vis sight that needs to go on it, though. The rear sight is the Cylinder n Slide combat like on the Night Guard models.

Favorite? Why?

1. I trust that it will dependably defend my life if called upon to do so.

2. It hides well.

3. It shoots well.

4. It's old.

5. It's pretty.

6. It fits my hands.

7. It's a Colt.

My favorites

It depends on which one is in my hand at any given time. Top to bottom. (1)Taurus M44 in .44 mag. (2) S&W Model 29-2 in .44 mag. and S&W 686 in .357 mag. All are accurate with the Smiths being best. Probably a toss up between the Smiths.

Currently my only one.

My 50th-Year Single-Six and 50th-Year .357 Blackhawk are my 2 favorites...depending on if I want a small bang! or a big BOOM! when I'm shooting. :D

Favorite I don't own is a Shooting Budd's .45Colt Blackhawk 4-5/8" barrel with the birds head grip. It 'rolls' very smoothly in hand when shooting those 'just this side of Thermo-Nuclear' 45 rounds. :what:

My favorite is my well worn 6" Colt Python which served as my duty gun for many years. It's action is very smooth from first and expert action tune and then thousands of rounds in training and competition.

But a close second would be my 4" .22lr Colt Diamondback...it is the most naturally pointing revolver I own

GP100 357 with a 6" barrel. For just shooting period, I love it. I love pulling this thing out at the range with friends and laying it next to their plastic toy looking things. Then following up their "bang bangs" with a KA-BOOM!!

I've got several revolvers and like them all but if it came down to it, probably the last one I would get rid of is my S&W Model 17. Partially because I like the gun and partially because I bought it new 35 years ago.

I have enjoyed owning my 4" Stainless Ruger GP100. I would like to pick up an older half lug 3" and 6" GP100.

Python.
The blueing is so handsome. The action is what it is, untuned, the best in my stable. And if I were any good, it would hit everything it was aimed at. All in all, a very accurate, easy to shoot revolver.

My S&W model 66's. All pre lock of course.

Shoot like lasers, point naturally, and look good doing all that. Doesn't get any better than a 66, for me. :)
