Hey guys I just bought a Yugo M57 and when I got to the range I put about 30 round throught it and then I pulled the trigger and two rounds where fired. I tried it again and the same thing happened. Then I tried it one more time and it was back to a one pull one round gun. I took the gun home and cleaned everything up. Nothing seemed wrong with the gun or parts so I put it together and fired it again. The first pull was one round and the second pull was two rounds. I grabbed the brass to reload it. On all the primers there is a deep impact and a small drag mark. Does anyone else have this problem or a fix for it? I have been searching this site for hours.

Thanks

Not an expert on the TT33, but could be a sear problem. I had a 1911 do that, replaced the sear and it went away. No discernible pattern to when I would get one round or when I would have everyone at the range staring at me....

I've had an M57 for about 6 months now, I've never had anything happen like you describe.

I'd be VERY, VERY careful.
BATFE would LOVE call your handgun an auto.
Having such a malfunctioning gun can land you in prison.
There's a guy from WI in prison now because his AR15 did as you described.
He let a friend fire it & was caught.

The charges were having an automatic with out a license & (because his friend tried it) transferring an auto w/o a license.

I did clean it after watching a few youtube videos. Is there a way check the sear on most guns?

I called classicarms today and they are sending me abox to ship it back to them for repair.:)

I did not take it apart but I did soak it for a day and then I moved it forward and backward untill all the grease came out. Then I took some solvent and soaked that into it and worked the pin untill all of the solvent came out.

Thanks
