We're coming into the Labor Day weekend and there are sales everywhere on guns, parts and gear.
I thought I was going to wait till Saturday (tax free weekend) and pick up something at the Gun Show. But on the way home today, I stopped off at the local gun shop and they had Areo Gen2 lowers for $48. My friend said he would let me have them for $48 out the door so, I bought two.
There was a Magpul MBUS rear sight, with no package, on the counter . I told him he should throw that in with the lowers. He said ok. :D

I might end up buying some more stuff this weekend at the Gun Show.
So what are y'all getting this Laber Day?

Bought an Aero Stripped upper w/o M4 feed ramps. They're running 15% off and free shipping on their website through Monday. Going to convert an older A2 Bushmaster upper to a flat top.

My email is loaded with Labor Day sales. :) Think it was Mid South had free HAZMAT if you bought whatever amount of powder and primers. WE have a party on Saturday and maybe if the weather is nice take in the Cleveland Air Show and maybe get the bike out for a ride. I laugh with my wife as I keep getting today and today only sales for stuff I really don't need. There are some good sales going on. While I am here have a good, safe holiday weekend.

Brownells has some nice deals on AR lowers and other AR parts including BCG. Primary Arms is another good source for Labor Day deals. CDNN has the SW Sport II AR from $500 and a Delton for $400 along with other assorted firearms and parts.

Glad you mentioned Primary Arms, they are in Pearland, south of Houston, which got hit pretty hard as the storm turned north-east. They weathered the storm and are back on-line. I'm surprised and pleased by this as their warehouse is below road levels in the area. Here is their Labor Day sale page: http://www.primaryarms.com/AdName+Sale

Houston is coming back strong! Areas surrounding us, not so much, as most rivers and reservoirs won't crest until late today or sometime tomorrow.

If they are competitive for what you need, please give them a bit of extra consideration to help the Houston area bounce back!

They are good folks. Bought one of their red dot Aimpoint clones a few years back and was surprised by the quick shipment and good quality of their products. Over the years, they have not disappointed me once on shipping an service on orders. They consistently had good deals even in the various gun panics over the last few years and very quick shipping. If you haven't tried them, do so with confidence.

Stay safe Wally--I could not believe the floating colonies of fire ants that I saw. Ugh.

Woo hoo,
Primary Arms added a bunch more stuff on sale. Got the stuff to finish my 6.8 SPC build-Odinwork adjustable gas block , Aero Precision FDE slickside upper, and other stuff on pretty big sale. I also saw Anderson stripped uppers for 39.99 and Odinworks billet uppers for about $100 on sale. Geissle Triggers and other stuff on significant 20-25 percent markdown as well.

Good shopping and thanks Wally for your post on Primary as it reminded me to check my email inbox where I found several emails from them on their sale.

Primary Arms is one of my favorite sources for parts, I've ordered from them many times. I was also concerned knowing they were in the Houston area and wondered what their status was in the last week or so. I think it was Wed they posted a banner on the top of their webpage stating they had made it through and were back filling orders. I placed an order today for a drop in trigger and some spring kits. To be honest I am in no particular hurry for the items I ordered but I will likely see them before next weekend despite the ongoing recovery and Labor Day.

I would too, nice deal.
I picked up another one on the way home today. :D
I also placed another order with Delta Team Tactical. I have a complete 7.5" pistol upper minus BCG and charging handle for $155. They also had 5oz buffers on sale for $16.99, got two of them and a few other parts.
I'll be at the Gun Show the next two days with my boys and grandson. My table will be next to Bayou Tactical and I know that my buddy will have some good deals on Magpul items. I hope I make more money then I spend.o_O

I ordered today and they shipped today albeit by snailmail.

DSArms is 10% off everything.
Probably time for me to complete a FAL.
$339 for a LEO trade-in P226 is totally insane.

My Alabama inside the right front pocket holster for my G42 showed up just in time for the Labor Day weekend. (Total wait time was nine weeks) It is a beaut - very happy with it so far. Will undergo some practice and train with its use.

Hopefully you will have a good gun show weekend. Though I find it hard to imagine a United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant at a gun show table selling what looks to be bracelets? Belted ammunition, M 60 parts and service, Claymore Mines or grenades yes, I could believe but bracelets? :) However the little eagle, globe and anchor decal would make Chesty proud. Have a great and safe weekend at the show and...,

Hope you have a good show GunnyUSMC. Hope the kids have fun too.

BTW, for Labor Day Topgunsupply has the new Glock Gen 5 Model 19 for about $550 as well as Sig Pro's for a little over $400. Other sigs on sale too. Good place to buy sig parts as well.

Wow, with an up close those bracelets are indeed pretty cool. I stand corrected.

I made it home and even have a little bit of money in my pocket. Saw a lot of old friends, made a few new ones and had a great time with the kids.
I also bought a bunch of Magpul stuff from Bayou Tactical.
Tell you what Ron. Let me know what size bracelet wear, PM me your address and I'll send you a Thin Blue Line bracelet, on the house.
