There are some 38 Special ammunition, 38 target wadcutters if I remember correctly for the most part, that have cannelures below the bullets and they reload just fine. Over time and several reloading/shooting cycles, the cannelure gets ironed out.
If it was me, I'd resize it and reload it. But, 9x19 is fairly common and cases are readily available so if you are concerned, just scrap the case or cases.
P.S. 9x19 is a cartridge that the caliber is 9mm. There are lots of cartridges that are 9mm caliber, 9x19, 380 ACP (aka 9mm Kurz), 9x18 Markov (sp?) and so forth.
