2 gun carry

Not usually.
I feel like I should have a backup gun like an naa or derringer in my pocket but I've just never gotten one cause there so goofy to shoot. Someday.

I carry my shield 9 on my body, but there is an old Glock 19 in a kydex holster and 2 extra mags in a kydex pouch in my jeep.

I've carried both a Shield 9 IWB at 4 o'clock and a SP101 2.25" 357 AIWB a few times just to see if I could do it relatively comfortably which it was. I don't normally carry two and the SP is my chosen one to minimize the possibility of a malfunction.

Like OP.
Glock AIWB or strongside, plus a Kahr PM9 (typically) in weak hand front pocket.

Before someone post a reply about glad they don't live in a "bad" area or not going to war, its not like that.
If you only pocket carry in dominant hand pocket, what if dominant hand is "unavailable" - drawing with weak hand from dominant hand pocket is not gonna be quick.
If you only carry strong side IWB, drawing with weak hand, if needed, may not be quick. (Easier than pocket example above, still probably awkward/slow)
If your only gun is concealed on belt, putting hand on it without revealing you are carrying is not likely an option; I can't. (Main reason I started carrying 2nd pistol)
Having a 2nd gun in weak hand pocket addresses those issues, location nor anticipated threat are factors.

Occasionally.

Say if there’s a racially charged court case that I believe might lead to unrest, because there’s a pandemic or because I’m going somewhere that’s a little riskier than usual (meeting someone to sell a High Point in the middle of a pandemic or going to an ATM at night).

In that case I go with my usual carry gun (Glock 19 or 23 or a CZ P10C) and a Walther PPS.

When I go to the deer lease or I’m on trips I always take an AR or shotgun for the backseat, but I’m pretty sure you weren’t asking about that.

I don't normally go to places where I might need 2 guns... the concept being not to put yourself in that type of environment.

Having said that, although I don't carry 2 handguns, when I travel I have one on my person and another in my BOB, along with 50 rounds of extra ammos.

I'm kind of like FFG there... I would have to go to suspenders to carry 2 pistols, and I'm not that old, yet.

I carry 2 guns daily ccw. I carry my Shield 9mm strong side IWB and I pocket carry my LCP 380 weak side. I occasionally carry a spare Shield mag also.
Any one carry more then one gun ccw?
Not every day as when I was "on the job" as then I did at ALL times, even a third !.

Now retired for 13 years,I edc EVERY day,but only the BUG when either mall shopping or traveling.

And yes, even a third one in pocket when the mood moves me.

I view a BUG as a required item IF [ yes big if ] the SHTF,you cannot find anything to replace a gun, when all that is needed is a gun.[ presuming you can shoot it well ].

yep Xds on my hip or a lc9s for those lighter days and
NAA pug in my pocket.

I don't normally - but I encountered a situation recently that REALLY made me re-think that.

I still don't as a general rule, but I now have a handful of options that I can use as a BUG/2nd gun that I can feel comfortable with carrying as such if I want to. I'm glad to have them.

Something to think about...

Kel-Tec PF9 on the belt, in an IWB holster worn between the belt and pants ("inside-the-belt" carry.) Kel-Tec P32 in a pocket holster in front pocket. Spare magazine for the P32 (ten-rounder) in a mag sleeve also ITB, opposite the PF9.

A few times recently, I've dropped a 1.125" NAA .22LR in the watch pocket (where I used to keep the spare P32 magazine) also, just because the engraved wood boot grips on it are cool, and make it easier to draw. In fact, I had all three on me when I bought my recently-acquired Seecamp 32, so I actually had four on me when I walked out with that in a pocket, too.

You shouldn't be going to places in which you might need even one.

The argument for a second is that, should you need the first, there might well be a need for the second, as "it's already gone down."

I don't go to bad areas. But for me I feel an extra gun is not a hindrance, but added value to my protection.
The LCP is so small and light it's like it's not even there.

No, I don't. Rather than using the space available to carry two small guns, I prefer to carry a larger one instead.
