Just....wow !A Colt Officers Model Heavy Barrel .38 Special from at least the 1930’s, possibly earlier.
The rear sight and trigger shoe were all worked on by the legendary Dean King in San Francisco, who also welded/widened and recheckered the hammer and did an action job that the Gods on Olympus would be proud of. (DW King died in 1945.)
