Lonely are the Brave-Kirk Douglas
Winchester Mdl 1892-
Using for Splint in shot leg and took out Helicopter earlier. Personally I think Rambo move was based on this Character in some ways. However Rambo never came close to the quality of this movie.

Chuck Connor's 1892 Winchester in The Rifleman. It's the reason I have a Rossi '92 today, though it took me forty years to realize I was incomplete without it. Mine's a .357, not a 44-40 like his, but I'm not him anyway. Heck, I don't even play baseball.

Trivia tidbit: Mr. Connors was one of very few people who played for both the NBA (Celtics) and MLB (Cubs). Too bad neither let him use his rifle.

So can you really load another round by tossing the rifle and putting back in shooting position while holding on to the lever?

A couple of my favorites.

I have contacted Uberti USA, Allen Arms, Taylor's, and Cimarron over the years to make this one.

Now it's pretty obvious that Cheyenne Bodie was a true Colt fanboy.
I mean they had to force him at gunpoint to even try a Smith!

A very polite gentleman who let me get a photo of him with my Schofield in
addition to autographing this photo at a gunshow in the 80's.

I like all of the levers used in shows like Gunsmoke. Most appear to be 94's Winchester. Some 83's and occasionally a Sharps here or there.

I believe most were 1892 Winnies. That model was ubiquitous throughout movie & tv westerns as there were many around at the time. I do
recall some 1873s on Bonanza. Also, in 1966-7 there was a short lived series called CUSTER about the ill-fated "boy general" where the 7th Cavalry was appropriately armed with Spencer Carbines, and a character actor called Slim Pickens carried an 1873 Winchester.

What this country needs a good $699 Harmonica gun :) .. You would think with all the John Browning love and recognition that is out there, Some one would make a Jon Browning Harmonica Gun..

Lots of great suggestions here. But when I saw the thread, I thought "well, punk, do you feel lucky?" May have slightly misquoted, but the Dirty Harry model 29 wins for me. I thought about buying a 44 but thought, at 63 y/o, I think my 357 is just fine.

Yes on the 92

How about the ceramic gun John Malkovich's character made to kill the President in the movie "In The Line of Fire" with Clint Eastwood.

Has anyone mentioned the Smith and Wesson/ Colt Indiana Jones uses in Raiders of the Lost Ark?

I tried to get a good pic but couldn't. Seems there is even some disagreement as to what the revolver is....
