Once you understand it, it is actually the simplest numbering system and actually makes sense compared to everyone else.I really want to try there powders since now there around or even cheaper then others I just can't get my head around there number system compared to other powders.
100 series single base rifle 500 dual base rifle. 300 series pistol. As the numbers go up the powder gets slower. They have some odd ones like 3n37 and 3n38 but I don't bother with those. N135 is basically imr 4895 and n140 is 4064. The n powders are slightly slower so if you used n135 with imr 4895 load data it would work but be under pressure.. I'm not advocating it at all but they are dam close. My 150 grain 308 imr4895 load is 44.4 and n135 is 44.8.I really want to try there powders since now there around or even cheaper then others I just can't get my head around there number system compared to other powders.
Yep, and N330, but it's more of a niche to me. Also add N-105 & N-110, N-133.....Never tried N350…but I would. Love N320, N340, 3N37, and N140.
That's for you heavy hitters, I am very happy with 4 Lb jugs of it. I wish I could get a 4 Lb jug of BE-86.........had to settle for a couple of 1 pounders, I'll never use 8 pounds of it, too narrow a use for me with it.My last remaining issue is that their pistol powders aren't available in 8lb jugs
I just picked up 8lbs when it was on sale at Natchez. Least expensive Alliant powder they had...regularly $416, marked down to $230. and additional 10% off to $207 and Free Hazmat .I wish I could get a 4 Lb jug of BE-86.........had to settle for a couple of 1 pounders, I'll never use 8 pounds of it, too narrow a use for me with it.
If I ever get around to loading for .44Mag, I’m gonna try N105.Yep, and N330, but it's more of a niche to me. Also add N-105 & N-110, N-133.....
And the question is? Can’t wait for a range report!$34.99. Thinking I’ll try it.
N-110 for that, trust me.If I ever get around to loading for .44Mag, I’m gonna try N105.
I'm using N110 for 44 Magnum, 454 Casull, and 460 S&W,If I ever get around to loading for .44Mag, I’m gonna try N105.
I’ve thought about it for 10MM 200 grain bullets. I hear it’s excellent for that.
N105 is no longer imported. The last of it sold out around mid-Summer 2023. I've not seen it anywhere since ... except on my shelves of course. If I ever get around to loading for .44Mag, I’m gonna try N105.

Yeah, it filled a niche for me that was previously handled by Norma R123 ... which was discontinued about 20 years ago. That stuff was magic in the 22 Hornet.Bummer
Unfortunately, it might be a little while. I’m working through current powders so the N350 will be on my shelf a while. And the question is? Can’t wait for a range report!
