Don't worry about muzzle direction unless your gun is going to go off by itself.

If the gun doesn't have a ton of wear, then it's a great deal. As for carrying a USP, it's doable but you'll probably have to dress for it (as opposed to small guns that are pretty easy to conceal with any outfit).
