Found some decent deals on Monmouth reloading.com.

anyone use this site? what you think?

sorry to ask but im very leery about online orders even with a credit card because ive had issues in the past.

their hornady bullets with shipping are the cheapest ive seen as well as 9mm bullets.

I have purchased multiple times from them over the last couple of years. Never an issue. They were always fast with the orders as well. I have purchase both brass of different cals and bullets.

Agree with those above. I've placed several orders in the past year and have been very happy.

I've purchased almost all of my rifle bullets from Monmouth for the past couple of years. Excellent service and the best prices I've been able to find for the bullets I use.

They also have a "Social Share" program where if you say something good about them on a forum and send them a link to your post, they send you back a coupon code good for 5% off your next purchase. Now that I think about it, I'll send a link to this post and get 5% off the order that i'm getting ready to submit :)
Shipping prices are very reasonable too. Don't hesitate to order from them.

im going to order some 55gr SP from them real soon.

thanks guys for the info.

I got 500 coated .38 Special 148 gr. DEWCs and 500 coated .45 Colt 250 gr. RNFPs from them a month ago and was very happy. My post office delivery lady, not so happy... :p

I just ordered 2000 Hornady 55gr FMJ from them for $150.99 then got another 5% off for the Social Share Program. Net cost of around $145 + shipping for 2000 :)

Monmouth and one fired brass

Partially from the comments on this thread and the website reviews, I ordered 3000 once fired 9mm brass cases. The order came through very quick and the cost was better than other places I have used. I put it all through the tumbler to clean it up and then started the inspection process of each case, like I do after cleaning every time. The first impression is that the brass was dirtier than any other source I have used for once fired, and it didn't look like it all came from an indoor range as they say on the site. There were some of the cases that were green inside and out from oxidation that should not have occurred from an indoor range. I have also had about a 1% discard rate with the wrong sized brass and damaged cases, not a big number but higher than what others have seen.

But I think the issue that concerns me the most is that I was given the opportunity to provide a review of the order and company. I completed that and gave them less than 5 stars and have not seen the review, although it was submitted over 3 weeks ago. Looking through the reviews on the site, I have not seen one less than 5 stars, and now that mine has not been posted it suggests they only post 5 stars and not all reviews. If that is accurate, I am concerned with their integrity and it appears to be misleading. For me, integrity is more important than price, especially when the price differences are not significant, and I won't be ordering from Monmouth in the future.

Yep I have ordered several times. Good Prices, super fast shipping and they actually Really reply to e mails!!!:)

Have you compared Monmouth to RMR, pricing wise? RMR ships free.

There is no such thing as "free shipping" The USPS flat rat is so low that it is built in.

Does RMR sell Hornady, Sierrra, Nosller Berrys palted, Cast bullets??

The USPS FR is insignificant.

We don't. The best I can figure is NE reloading and Monmouth have a way around the no resale agreement that they are supposed to sign when buying at OEM prices. Their retail prices are pretty darn close to the dealer prices unless they are getting the OEM prices. My guess is that they have an OEM guy buying for himself and for them.
