What was the the last gun you sold?

Remington 11-48 12ga with screw in chokes. Traded it for a Kennedy 27” rolling bottom box with a 7 drawer side box. $250 gun for $1500 toolbox...I did pretty good.

Last gun I sold was a Walther P22, 1st gen. Decent gun, but the trigger was meh, and so was reliability. Got 280 for it and used that to buy an advantage arms slide for my Glock. More reliable and replicates my carry pistol almost exactly. Picked up a frame too and now I have a dedicated Glock .22.

Before that I sold a Norinco sks. Put the money toward an AR upper and goodies.

Also sold a Ruger SR45, which was a nice shooter but a little unreliable and very heavy.

Only 3 I’ve ever sold. I’d only take the sks back. It was heavy and awkward to load but since it’s hard to get semi rifles in MA currently it’s a nice option.

Looking back, the 2nd and 3rd guns I turned loose were a used 686-6 and a Walther pp. the two together were worth about 900...got a low hours tohatsu outboard worth about 2 grand new, so realistically 1500.

SCCY and Ruger LC9. Nothing particularly wrong with either, the LC9 being surplanted by a LC9s and I never warmed up to the feel of the SCCY.

Unfired still in the box Sig P2022, lost 25% on it but I wanted cash to put on a new Winchester model 70.

I have never sold a gun and virtually never get rid of a gun by other means.

But, I traded a 1990s vintage Springfield P9C sub compact in 40 S&W at gun shop for a Colt M1911 in 38 Super.

The Springfield would bend/break the slide stop after a few hundred rounds. Springfield orphaned the gun and would not supply repair parts. (Fortunately, it was a Tangfoglio pistol and I could get repair parts from them.)

I hate to say, but I sent it down the road for some one else to deal with.

What's this "sold" thing people are talking about? ;)
I know, right? What the heck?

I learned that rule after selling a couple guns and then regretting it later.

However...... the last gun I sold was a Remington Nylon 10C Mohawk. And I will nev-er regret it. Jam-o-matic pos.
