I Googled the name and address and came up with a directory of faculty and students of the University of Geneva 1947-48, but couldn’t be bothered to look through it.

wiscoaster: the magazines on K-31s must be tougher than those in Enfields, more durable when inserting .
 
Charles' rifle is stamped "P 64" - meaning it was privatized in 1964. Maybe that's when he passed away?
