The 70's called..

The local amusement park has a little kiddie land ride with miniature Corvettes that go in a circle. They're painted with the same paint.

I have a 35 year old riding lawnmower that needs a new paint job, so why not mettalic green?

P5Guy.....forgot about the metal flake dune buggies.....reminded me of mine (green flake) from about 1972. (Wish I'd kept it!)

Don't think I'll be finishing any rifles in that color.

I am now very interested in a buttpad shaped like a banana seat upholstered in white vinyl with silver bands.

I wouldn't want a gun painted that color but in a weird kind of way I like it. I think I would get tired of it though.

I think I like on that gun. But it'll never go with one of my Government Models or Smith & Wesson revolvers. And my enchantment with the AR15/M16 died the first time I shot one.

Shoulda painted it fluorescent green, so it would glow under black light. Get with the times, ya know? We all had our Peter Max posters glowing under black light-guns would be waaaayy cooler.

Yeah, and with those vents in the forend, you could clip baseball cards on it, but don't think it would make motorcycle sounds unless you pulled the trigger really fast!
