Sig P365X vs Sig 365 XL Major Differences?

the XL has a slightly longer barrel and a flat trigger

They both have the X series P365 grip module, X series straight trigger, and the 12 round steel mag.

The differences as far as I know are the slide and barrel. Everything else should be the same.

The slide assembly (slide, barrel, recoil spring) is the only difference. The grip module, magazine, trigger, and FCU are identical.

Basically it's a P365 with a XL grip module.

Also, isn't it optic ready?

They are both optic-ready, and are both also available with the Romeo Zero preinstalled.

I want to try assembling a Z model. (My invention) A regular 10 round 365 grip frame with the XL slide and barrel.

Yes..it has the optic cutout, flat trigger and the XL frame. They call it the X because it's an XL sans the Long slide.
