I have these options 2400, h110, imr4227,sr4759, Norma 201, and imr4198.
I'm hoping to use a 165-170 flat point cast bullet.
Rifle is a new to me Baikal/Remington single shot.

This is the closet i have with my PDF book. I'll check my hard copy's later.

Thank you. That's data for all powders if I go to a 130.
I tried researching and found a lot of garbled info.
I remember someone on here a few years ago. But I think it was mainly CFE black.
I loaded 4227 with XTPs in my SKS with good results. But I lost my notes in the move to MO.

That's a pretty heavy/long bullet for the X39. I wonder how the accuracy will be. Usually there is little to no data because things produced poor results when tried.

My first inclination was rx 7 before I read your list, an imr4198 is very close and what I would try. 4227 would be second try but my inclination is you will need a slower powder for gas. With heavy for caliber bullets you may get them to shoot but function issues. I'm following to see what works....

It's a single shot and Norma 201 is supposed to be rx7.

I don't have experience with 201 and how it acts up or downloaded. It may work I just haven't used it. That's my limitation, but it does color what I suggest. The book loads will give you a good idea but downloading and checking with grt would be my next step before loading. The range on the fast rifle will be wider than the magnum pistol.

What is twist rate of the barrel? 1:9.5 maybe if so 160gr bullets may be iffy at lower velocities.

I ran cast 250s from 950 to 1900 in my 308 and it was a 10 twist. I'm not worried enough about the twist rate to check it. I'm planning on getting 165s above 1600 if accuracy is there.

The data for cast bullets in x39 revolves around sks/AKs. So they are trying to match factory port pressure and cycling.
I'm bit limited by either. I did find some 95 gr .313 WFN in my case of bullets. I might try them over 2400.
I loaded some MBC 165 .311 over 16 gr 4198 to try tomorrow if work goes well.

From your previous posts I'm guessing that you probably know this already, but use as soft an alloy as you can get away with (assuming workable accuracy).

If you feel the need to push them faster with slightly harder alloy, this is an awesome hollowpoint mold.

They're out of stock at the moment, but the weak Euro makes them a very good buy if you can wait till they're back in stock.

That looks like a great mold. My plan is straight wheel weights at whatever velocity works. I had been on the hunt for a rifle in this chambering because it's velocity matches lead very well.
