Man, some of you people are truly wasting everyone's time...
Just address the question or move on.
Anyway, A new Glock around here runs for abour $459 and up for a Stock Glock. A few other had the suggestions about how to get the discounts, I suggest looking into those, especialy joining the GSSF, just for the shoots, and they are fun, and there is an Armorer on site at all of the shoots to work on you Glock free. If you can't get a good deal locally, buy online, and find a resonable transfer dealer. Unless you NEED night sights, don't get them, you can put them on later if you want, as well as other optional parts. They truly are a simple gun to work on.
Don't believe the Glock haters, every gun has problems, and from experience, Glock has much less problems than others.
And for the stupid comments on Glocks exploding, it simply isn't true...BAD ammo causes Glocks, and other guns to explode, not the quality of gun manufacture. Good luck.
Buy what YOU want, and what makes you happy....
