I'm going to trade up at my local shop and just want some knowledge before going in.

-2010 Glock 34 LNIB with papers and everything
-6 Glock factory Mags
-Lone wold 4 port barrel with about 160 rds through it.
--stock barrel with about 500 rds through it

-Blade-tech Holster with tech lock (I doubt they'll take it)

Thanks guys

You trading that in (wholesale)? or is that what you are looking to buy (retail)?

I don't know what its worth but i can pretty much guarantee you'll get nowhere near its true value as a trade in. If a gun shop gave you what it's worth they'd have hard time making a profit. I'd look at gun broker to price the gun and then subtract 10 to 20% off cost of new for barrel and magazines.

I seriously suggest that you separate out the original gun for trade-in only because that's all that will be considered by the retailer. Understand that the next buyer probably won't want all of that.

Sell your barrel, mags and blade-tech separately here. If you want to move them fast, sell them for 1/2 what you paid. The cash you'll get will be more than you'd get as trade-in valuation.

As a package probably $300-$325 on trade, your better off to sell the gun off on gunbroker with 2 mags by itself, you should be able to get $425-$450 and then sell off the mags and barrel separately on gun broker, you'll get the best price for it.

Problem with glocks is that all the surplus police guns on the market has really driven the price down on privately owned glocks.

What I've experienced, a LNIB gun is worth 80% of new (not MSRP but the going rate). A dealer will offer 80% of it's present value so he can make a 20% profit when he sells it. So the bottom line is if you are dealing with a decent and fair dealer you can expect 64% of the going rate for a new gun(80% of 80%). So, if the gun is worth $600 new then a fair offer would be $384 trade in value. The same with the mags and barrel. The barrel would be worth $83 (64% of $130) and the 4 extra mags about $13 each. Total package trade in value is about $519. You could probably sell the package on an online auction for $600-$650.

If you want the best price for it all, sell the original gun with 2 mags either on GunBroker, privately, or trade it in. Then sell the rest of the kit separately... together it helps sell it but it won't really help the value you get or the price they ask.
