You'd be better off hitting them in the pocket book, get as many people to stop buying their paper. Let them know you're letting their paper go for what they're attempting to do. If this was a 1st Amendment issue and they had to publish all the yellow journalists info, they would be first in line at SCOTUS crying that this wasn't fair.

Typical elitist attitude, think how nice it would be to make them shutter their doors!
 
WHOA, waitaminute....Time out!

I revisited this thread late Friday night and it appears some people didn't read my link....this is a non story now. It ain't gonna happen. There's nothing to sue about, nothing to write letters to a local newspaper about, You're outraged over something that DIDN'T happen.

I actually talked to the guy who wrote the memo (as did Fox news and the Buckey Firearms Assn.) and I'm willing to accept the CEOs statement that it was a poorly worded memo and this was not the intent of the story idea.

But of course, the language in the original memo is incendiary and alarming.

Frankly, I'd save some of this fight for real battles looming on the horizon.
