    I have a .40 xdm and i like it, the xdm's biggest advantage IMHO is the match grade barrel, mine is very accurate. i have lots of shooting buddies that shoot glocks, they seem to like to shoot my xdm (maybe cause is holds 17 rds) I have not had any problems and its super easy to field strip...

    I was able to order 2000 rds of 45acp and 2000 rds of 40s&w from www.ammuntiontogo.com went by to pick it up locally and its a 100x40 metal building stacked floor to ceiling with cases of ammo hope this helps
