I love the responses!
Haha, I wasn’t going to respond so early but what the hell right? Lets address a few issues everyone has:
First off, it was mentioned that my writing skills are to blame for my bad grade. Fair enough only I never mentioned anything about a grade & the fact of the matter...
So every week my professor requires us, the students, to write a piece on a blog for our class, Contemporary Moral Problems, from a pre-chosen subject he has given us. I am 25, married & work as a custodian at an elementary school while trying to get my bachelors degree from one of the most...
I would definitely have to agree with these. Also I'll throw in a couple of movies that not only I love but also my father, who is in his late 50s so that you don't just think I'm some young punk, even though I look like a tattooed mountain man (God I miss the mountains).
Lucky Number Slevin...
I have a Colt AR15 with a bull barrel & never had problems with extracting an empty cartridge but I have had a couple of miss fires that have caused a couple of hand-ups. Plus like everyone else has said its dirty as hell & with something like Federal Match I can fit a better grouping at 100 &...
Best advice in this thread. Buying one is almost like going to a house of the ill repute looking for a wife...you want to make sure you don't get one that’s been worn out. When I went looking for my first Mosin (yes I have more than one) that was my biggest concern & believe me there are a lot...
Those of you that are harping on this movie then you will never be statisfied with any movie. This was an excellent movie & yes I agree that the CG wasn't the greatest, but that being said this was still a great movie. And trying to compare it to The Omega Man or The Last Man On Earth or even...
So are Mosin's pretty accurate rifle's (I don't mean competion grade but more like taking them out on the farm & having a good time)?
BTW so the highjack the thread....
You have to bring a BA rifle to hunt polar bears (not to mention some pretty big brass balls, as well). I like to stick with hunting game that I know that if I hit it but don't kill it, it's not going to turn around, run me down & kick my a$$ (although squirrels in large numbers make me nervous...
If you notice the soldier in the first picture has a M16 as well, but I think that he is only out on a practice run. I think that it would be too much weight for a soldier to have to carry with the M32, an M16, a pistol, extra mags & extra grenades for the launcher.
Just curious if anyone has seen the new M32 MSGL grenade launcger the USMC is going to be using? All I know is I gotta get one of these!:what:
(Mod's feel free to move, I did't know if it fell under "Rifle" or "Non-firearm" or what)
This sounds like s**t that you would here about back home in WV or KY...ah the good 'ol family reunions.
No but on a serious not, she must have been a lousy shot to not hit him with a couple of shots with a shotgun at pretty close range (thats not really that serious)
Now see the way it was always explained to me was just because the bad guys used them didn't neccassarily make them "bad guns". If the good guys used those guns they'd be "good guns" right?;) (fingers crossed hoping to get one...fro the good guys of course)
Bump. Merry Christmas to all here at THR as well as LE, FF, US Military & pretty much everyone (even if you don't believe in Jesus-cause you know you do at present time!)
