Ithaca 37 Pump Cycling problem
My Grandson's friend inherited one from his Grandpa that had the same problem, and he brought it to me to repair.
This has been several years ago, I detail stripped the action and discovered that the boy's uncle had attemted to detail strip it and reasymbled the...
Thanks to all for good advice. I've done some pretty nice stock finishing before , but never any "re-tracing" original checkering. I'll take another look at the shotgun, and proceed very carefully. thanks again.
I just purchased a very good double barrel shotgun that still has good wood, but someone has refinished the stock and dulled the checkering. Has anyone ever went over the checkering the second time to sharpen the checkering? Thanks,
AtI 92 copy
I have one, it is A+
This pistol, is cnc machined, meet nato specs and is an M9 clone, and has a metal trigger and guiderod . I find that it is equal to my Berreta at half price. I like the finish.
Call me a soft touch when it comes to a good S-W revolver. My local dealer got in a S-W model 19-4, some of you already know that that was the last series that was "pinned and recessed". This revolver appears to have never been fired, and is 100 %. I couldn't put it down, and paid $595.00. The...
EZ 9
I have had one for quite a while. It looks somewhat like a Sig 226, but it is different. My EZ 9 is very good, Zastava has made guns over 100 years, Accuracy is excellent, trigger is excellent, has never malfuntioned, the pistol is manufactured using cnc machining, very good quality, it...
Better yet, order a new lighter hammer spring, and a much heavier recoil spring. That softens the recoil a lot, and makes the trigger pull very good. My pA 63 has much better trigger and no more recoil than my Sig 232 SL.The PA 63 has a 24# hammer spring and a 11 # recoil spring. Go to Wolf...
Thanks, I had already polished and rounded the f/p block, perhaps not enough. Also polished the complete block. I still agree that this has to be the problem, I've rounded it twice, -- a little at a time. Thanks again.
My M&P 45 acp pistol has exceptional rough trigger takeup, very gritty. The trigger is completely smooth with the slide off. I have smoothed the safety disconnect to no avail. I have also detail stripped the assymbly containing the sear. everything looks very smooth, I did polish the round end...
Derail---dosn't the smaller piece with one hole, go onto the pin with the sear? and which way does the nose face? I have the two hole piece installed on the hammer pin. Thanks Anyone else with advice is welcome.
