I switch back and forth from a seecamp 380 to a mod.38, I mostly carry the mod.38 tho, I can get a better fast grip and draw but I still love the little 380 seecamp.

Cool, was it worth it for you to do? Did you have to have gunsmith modifications or do the parts just swap?
I have a 940 and a 38-2, if I breed them it would be a sweet pocket piece..
What do you mean by having the star fitted for rotation and clyinder lock up?

I would like to see them come back, I had a DAO 380 that o loved for a pocket gun, after a few years the hammer spring weaken'd and the only fix my smith could do was to cut the hammer spring, could not locate springs anywhere..
I did not have it done and ended up trading it...

If this piece is intended soley for pocketcarry, I definaly say leave it bob'd..It can still be cocked for a S/A shot if nessesary.
If you were going to ankle or IWB/OWB carry it leaving the hammer would not be such a bad thing, but I personally would still have it bob'd or...
I am looking for a belt sheath/case for a buck 112, I want it to hold the knife sideways not straight up/down I would also like it to attach to my belt with a clip not belt loops..

FIRST>>MAKE SURE MAGAZINE AND CHAMBER ARE CLEAR OF LIVE ROUNDS..
Drop the mag about 1/8in, the slide will funtion freely(if the mag is droped to far the saftey will engage and the slide will be very hard to move)...
A little off topic but IMOP seecamps service is exceptional, I had always heard it was poor back when he had the only show in town but that has changed and so has his service.
