With fired bottle neck rifle cases? Of course they have to be resized and de-primed. But do you do that BEFORE or AFTER they are run through the tumbLer? Better yet, do you even need to clean the brass every time?

Seems there two ways to do this: 1. Dry type powder lube that Lyman (and pershaps others) offers. 2. Using a neck brush or q-tip to apply small amount of case lube. I'm leaning toward the q-tip application of regular case lube. What works the best for you?
