I would go with a glock 19 simple and reliable. I live in TN and all we have to do to buy a gun is be 21 and get a background check in store. I've bought several guns here and have been in and out in 15 mins tops.

I voted for black because I'm not a flashy guy. I would pick whatever is pleasing to your eye and not worry about whats better for CCW. If your gun is exposed enough for someone to see the finish of it then you are screwed anyway and need to change your carry technique.
