What is the thinnest non-1911 single stack 45 acp with a 4" barrel.
This would be carried(IWB)I have 1911's in verrious sizes and some Kahr 9's.
New or used does not matter.Dead reliable does.

Across the grip area it is probably the Ruger P345, though I'm sure there must be other pistols with a slimmer slide.

Used? A SIG P245 is pretty slim, but technically it is not a 4" barrel (its 3.9"). Overall width is listed as 1.34".
