That is very interesting. I have never fired a revolver with a barrel that long. I wouldn't pass up the opportunity.

An exceptionally bad idea... There's good reason to keep body parts behind the front of the cylinder.

16" barrel with a picatinny rail near the frame, where the stock would connect. Then some sort of mechanism to brace the stock at the back of the grip. Both hands would still be on the pistol grip.

This is purely hypothetical, but I often like to ruminate on neat and odd things.
