I posted some pics of the new to me Webley MkII I picked up earlier this week. The photos were quick ones and I wanted something a little nicer.

I decided to grab my WWI and WWII era warhorses for a group photo.

A S&W 1917, a 1896 Webley Mk II, a Canadian issued 1916 Colt New Service, and a 1940 DAO Enfield .38S&W.

One day I'll pick up a decent war time 1911 and an Inglis HiPower.

Nice, nice, nice!:) Thx for a great pic. Oh how I miss my old 1917 - that was in .455 Webley cal. I also had 2 Enfield MkII - the .38 S&W jobs - not pretty but enjoyed them.

I do still tho treasure my not quite perfect Webley MkVI. A long line of amazing old revo's in this category. I am sure you enjoy the heck out of yours, just thru ownership. :)

Very nice pic.....I've always thought the Webleys were awful ugly but you're changing my mind;) I just got an S&W 1917 after about 15 yrs. of wanting. I've had a Colt 1917 for 40 yrs. and it finally has a stablemate.

Bob.
