I've also had work done by Teddy, the results of which were simply amazing. Totally reliable and much easier/smoother/lighter/cleaner pull. I've never encountered a better trigger that was as reliable than what I've experienced with Teddy's work. It has also been my experience that he is honest to a fault and will not do anything to your pistol that might cause reliability issues. He has a long track record and many folks with better pedigrees than me can vouch for him. Just give him a call and talk to him. He will take the time to give you advice and help, anytime.
Yes, Teddy is opinionated and will call it like he sees it and some folks don't like that. He has enemies. That is a secondary issue, as you always have the freedom to disagree with him.
In the field of gunsmithing, the sad fact is that there are no certifications, or gaurantees of quality. Anyone can hang a shingle outside their shop and say they are a gunsmith. With a gun I may someday bet my life on, I don't trust very many people to tinker with it. I trust Teddy. Enough said.
If you need that gun to defend your loved ones or yourself, be sure of who you give it to, whoever you choose.
