I happened to have this counter nesting in the drawer of my tool box, so I decided to add it to my reloading press. I mounted it right behind the primer feeder, so every time i seat a primer it counts up another bullet.

Not sure if anyone else has something similar, but you can pick up these counters at almost any farm store. I used a piece of plastic tubing in place of the steel counter lever, so it had some flex to it.

I've though about doing that but never got a round to it. I just go by my primer count, in 100's. I have a indicating rod I can put on top the primer stack which lets me know when I have 10 left. And it will lock the sled back when empty.

rc, That just counts how many time you run the ram. Not rounds :p

RC....I like your install. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out where to mount the counter. Never thought about putting it down there.

Gotta be smarter then a mechanical counter to use it!!! :D

And I don't do wasted effort while pulling the handle if I can keep from it!
