Adjusting Timney Trigger Rem. 700

I installed a Timney Trigger in my Remington 700 and am trying to adjust it to 1 1/2 lbs. I have had it adjusted to 1 1/2 lbs. more than once and it passes all the tests except the takeing it off safety test. That is put it on safety then pull the trigger then take it off safety. When taken off safety it fires. It passes the bolt slam test and hitting to barreled action on the floor. I first adjust the sear engagement screw then the overtravel screw and last the trigger weight pull. What is wrong here ? Thank You Norman
