Thanks for all the responds I enjoy spirited debates as long as no one goes overboard and belittle others. There a lot of good points made here. I base my question on my thinking age was a protected class but it somewhat look like only on the older end which make sense as i think even with employments there certain age requirements such as our local P.D. won't hire someone who won't be at lease 21 by the time they finish the academy, i recently found out. When I began it was 18 many years ago. I did read there is a young man suing Dicks now over the policy so we will see.
