I can tell you without reservation that any common commercial ammo 155gr and heavier will do an excellent job at putting a man down. FMJ, JHP, normal pressures or +p, it does not matter. Find what ammo functions reliably and accurately in your gun and use that. I suspect that even cheap WWB from Wal-mart will do fine.
