I’m not in any way associated with Annealeez but just wanted to give a big thumbs up to their CS.
Last Friday evening I was annealing a couple hundred .308 cases and my unit developed a problem and all of a sudden it wouldn’t maintain a constant speed regardless of how I adjusted it. It would leave cases in the flame anywhere from 6+ to 9+ seconds with the control at the setting that always gave me 5.5 seconds in the past. I sent an email to Jeff the owner at 5:15pm asking for suggestions.

He promptly emailed back and said the he would send out a new speed control unit first thing Monday morning but before changing it I should try just changing the speed control dial part and if that took care of the issue, I would save time and effort. The unit arrived today (Thursday) and sure enough, replacement of the dial solved the problem.

I was really impressed with how quickly the issue was resolved, no questions asked, especially since my first communication with Jeff was after normal business hours on a Friday.

The Annealeez is an excellent product and now more than ever I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
 
Good to hear getting one for Christmas. Most of gun and reloading companies take good care of us unlike some industries

That’s absolutely true, roc1. I’m always telling my wife about the good CS I receive from the gun related companies which contrasts with the crappy service she gets from the online vendors she buys from.
 
I do not anneal but his video is very interesting. Looks like a simple, well made machine!
