Another possible solution to illegal immigration

Unfortunately, the education establishment is a big Part of the Problem. More "customers" mean more money, more job security, more importance, more control.

When education and citizenship mean different things a society is in trouble.

<1911JMB, why do you think I brought up the idea of reducing the economic incentive for border-jumping?>

It would be an easy and effective way to reduce illegal immigrants from taking jobs from US citizens. I see no problem with that idea.
