Another RCBS testimony.

Yesterday I decided to finally get the handle nut for my Rockchucker.

I searched their website and found the part number and that it’s just a 5/8”x18 nut which I could probably get at the hardware store. I was buying a couple other RCBS Things so I searched their website. Even a search of the part# didn’t find anything.

So I emailed their tech support.

today I get an email, “It shipped, no charge.”

I remember calling them once 20 years ago about something and was very satisfied with that call. Today reinforced that! I can afford a nut. But for probably $1.25, they kept a 40 year customer happy.

Vortex optics, Kennetreks boots and RCBS are 3 companies that have always given me great customer service.

I've owned an RCBS loader for 25 years, and always had the same experience with their support. Great folks to work with.

That's why I like RCBS equipment. I only have to buy it once. They still support equipment I bought from them over 40 yr ago.

Approximately 80% of my reloading gear, tools and equipment is RCBS. Only two times in 35 years have I been disappointed. Once I dropped the .30 cal. bullet seating plug for the RCBS competition bullet seating die and it landed on the bullet cone (of course) and it dented it significantly enough that there was no using it. This occurred near Christmas time, so I know they RCBS CS was very busy. I emailed RCBS customer service and three weeks later still had no response. I was able to repair the damage with the use of a dead center from my wood lathe as a cone form and dressed it off lightly using a counter sink.
The other time was when the electronics on a Charge Master Combo's scale went wacko. It was more than 4 years old and electronic so RCBS did not warranty it and would not / could not repair it. Replacement was the only option. Into the trash it went.
That was 5 years ago and I have been using my Uniflow and 505 scale ever since. The electronic stuff is just too dang expensive to replace every 5 years or so.

Other than those two incidents, I have nothing but great things to say about RCBS customer service and continue to be a faithful customer.
