Some friends and I had our annual shootout last weekend, bluerocks, rifles and pistols at steel, paper target shoot, etc. One of the guys had an old 9mm Hi Point carbine there. For some reason he'd screwed with the sites, front post was off, don't remember what was up with the rear. He'd put a laser on it, I guess it was his CQB rifle, LOL. Anyway one of the other guys had some 9mm tracers. Using those you could see where to aim with what sites were left, and after that you could actually hit steel at 100yds pretty easy. Thats the first time I've ever shot one of these, decided that even as butt ugly as it is, it really wasn't that bad of a small carbine. Always wanted a Camp 9 or something like that, but never bought one. I've got a Glock in 40S&W and was thinking the 40 might be kind of fun in a carbine setup. Just wondered if anyone has bought one of these abominations lately, and if so how do you like it? Thanks. Greg
