Hey all,
I have a Bushmaster XM15 with one of those faux collapsible stocks. Basically it looks like your standard 6 postition collapsible stock, but it has been manufactured to stay in the out position.
The entire stock itself came loose and rotated about 1/4 of a turn. I tightened up the locking nut, but I dont have AR stock wrench.
Is this rotation going to be a continuing problem? How can I go about making sure it will stay put without resorting to loc-tite or some other compound?
Also, will this effect the weapon's operation at all. Im just plain not sure about any of this.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
