Aurora theater shooter had an accomplice

The title of this thread is highly speculative. From witness reports, the shooter entered the theatre as a customer, bought a ticket, sat in the front, then left through the exit, propping it open and returning armed.

I don't see much value in continuing this discussion. I would refer you to the previous thread on the tragedy in Aurora. We spend our time now remembering the victims. Any criminal aspects of the case and relevant evidence will have its day in court.

so this eye witness' account is not valid?

I think it's worth discussion because it hasn't received much attention.

Yes we'll find out in court, but it is possible there could have been two of them!:cuss::cuss::cuss:

I wonder how long it will be before this thread gets closed!

The eyewitness account is perfectly consistent with the shooter himself entering the theater as a customer, using the exit, and returning armed through the exit to begin shooting. No need whatsoever for an accomplice.

Or he could have let somebody in. When we find out what the window was, we can draw a better conclusion.

There's nothing in this account that really supports the concept of a second person involved. There has been no evidence presented by law enforcement or anyone else close to the case that this is so, and no other persons of interest appear to be being sought.

Until and unless something concrete comes to light to change the picture there's not much point in speculating.
