Glock, because it's the same as an M&P, but with a better grip and trigger. I dislike the "ergonomic" grips on pistols that have a cutaway for the web of the hand. I like the way a straight backstrap or a Glock grip mashes into the web of the hand for faster followups. This is where I think all the "improved" Glocks failed - ala Steyr, XD, Caracal, M&P, et al. But if your hand is different, then I guess it goes the other way.
FNX doesn't even compete. It's a decent plinker, but it isn't even in the same league as far as durability and ease of maintenance.
Durability:
Right side decocking lever known to spontaneously break off. Gun can be broken by racking the slide with an obstruction behind the trigger. Some examples will not fire in DA when hot, because some of the plastic pieces start to get bendy. Sear geometry is mickey mouse. The sear does not fully re-engage if the trigger is pulled partway and released. Trigger group still known to break if dry-fired with the slide off. Just not built to last, IMO. Now, the FNS coming soon will automatically eliminate many of those problems off the bat, and hopefully the other problems as well.
Maintenance:
The gun cannot be detail stripped without breaking the decocking lever AND removing the rear sight?
