Benelli R1 .308 for $700?

Would use it for hunting and just an all-around shooter. I love Benelli shotguns but know nothing anout the rifles. opinions online are colored by the price being a lot more than this so......deal or no deal?

Forgot to add that I just got a Euger Gunsite .308 too....I obviously have a .308 'problem'.

I think they are very good rifles, I don't worry too much when someone's opinion is it costs too much.

If it is clean I would put the blue book used value at about $800. Buy it and think of it as an investment.

I looked on their website and they don't even list a 308 R1, only 30-06, 300 WM and 338 WM. Nice looking rifle though I would love to get one.
