Has anyone ever converted the safety on their Beretta so they can carry it cocked and locked? I read you can do this by putting a D spacer inside the reciever. Does it work?

Haven't heard about that. It would still be very unnatural to take the safety off with it's location. That safety location is the number one reason to go with the Taurus PT92/PT99 with its properly located safety. And you can carry it cocked and locked right out of the box. ;)

18,000 rounds thru my Taurus PT99AF. :p

Never seen it done, but I've heard lots of discussion on the feasibility of it. Might be a neat project, but I don't really see it as anything more than that. What part of GA you from cool9mm?
