Hello All,

Anyone out there place any orders on Berry's website this past week? I placed an order on 5 Nov 2010 and haven't heard anything from Berry's yet and it's now the 10 of Nov.

Issues?

Thanks.

5 Nov was a Friday.
6 & 7 Nov was a weekend.
I'd say to start looking for the delivery truck right now.

But why not just call and ask them if they shipped yet?
It's free.

I'm planning on that on my lunch break here in a few mins, just wanted to check and see what you guys on the forum knew if anything. Thanks..

I ordered 1000 200gr .45 bullets from First Class Bullets on Oct. 31 before their free shipping deal ran out. Didn't hear a thing from them. Bullets showed up yesterday. Be patient, Berry's is a reputable vendor.

I placed an order Nov. 3.
They shipped out Nov. 4.
Delivered to my door (Utah to Wichita, KS) Nov. 9.

Order Turn Time

Give us a call if you have a question. Being that the order was placed on the 5th (Friday) it was not processed until the 8th (Monday) which is the next work day. With a two to three day ship time you should have it by today. Keep us posted.

Let me just say that I use Berry's & MBC for my plated/lead bullets, and both are primus inter pares (latin for "Finer'n frog hair"), but I suspect that Jay (Berry's) needs to get Brad's (MBC) mind-reading software that allows him to ship bullets before you click on the "Place Order" icon. Simple concept, but the application results in the arrival of your order on the same day you place it, next day latest. Customer service has reached its pinnacle and those with rudimentary "order then ship" algorithms are falling behind...
Seriously, Berry's & MBC offer some of the fastest shipping I have ever encountered - bar none. Some may equal but none are faster. I would add that an order placed on 5 Nov and not received by 10 Nov generates questions: 5 days is now considered time to start inquiring. Times have surely changed, and I would say for the better, for us. My kudos to Jay & Brad - keep up the incomparably good service!
:D

Also keep in mind that black Friday is coming up, followed by the slowest delivery service all year due to the huge volume.

I just saw today on the news that Dec 13 is the highest volume shipping day of the year for FedEx.
