Bersa Thunder 380 Nickel Finish

Is the current nickel finish on Bersa Thunders actually a traditional nickel finish, or is it a cerakote nickel finish?

The most recent ones I've seen were a matte finish, which I assumed was nickle or hardchrome.
Why not contact Bersa and ask? They are a surprisingly mild blowback .380, and pleasant to shoot.

I believe that Bersa uses a matte nickel finish somewhat like Colt did years ago on several of their handguns, notably on the Government and Combat Commander models.

I already bought the gun, bc it gets great reviews (don’t really need it though lol). I just wasn’t expecting the yellowish cerakote-like color. It looked more similar to stainless steel on Buds. I guess I should have looked at Bersa’s website first. Maybe some wood grips will help.
