Best BUIS option for AR?

I've been running a GG&G flip-up for several years but have become dissatisfied with it recently. I haven't researched BUIS for ARs for a few years and no one that I know runs anything but regular irons on a carry handle. Does anyone have any opinions on what is the best rear BUIS for an AR? I normally shoot an Aimpoint but have actually been shooting using irons more and more recently.

Any opinions would be appreciated.

I have and am VERY happy with the Troy.

I have it on 2 ARs and I would buy another.

Have not had any problems with the A.R.M.S. Swan and Yankee Hill products on my ARs.

I've owned the ARMS #40 and the Troy. I think the Troy is definitely the better of the two; though the ARMS #40L looks like it would be a decent value. Make sure you loctite the lock nut either way. I prefer a same-plane sight aperture with a 50yd zero for my uses. That will let me use the irons within 300yds, which is about the best I can make out targets with my eyes anyway.

What made you dissatisifed with the GG&G sight?

Troy for folding, Larue for fixed.

What made you dissatisifed with the GG&G sight?

Twisted it a little bit when in the "up" position. Seems like it's not as strong as I would like it to be, especially when I dismount my Aimpoint and use irons a lot, as I'm doing more and more these days. It never bothered me since I really never used it but I want something a little more durable (or that I perceive as more durable, anyway).

Even with the little bit of twist in it, it still closes and it didn't lose zero but the bump that twisted it was NOT much, as far as I'm concerned. Granted, I'm no HSLD SF operator who needs rock-solid gear for when the SHTF but I want something that is dependable for the use that I give the carbine.
