I have been handling all sorts of firearms for many decades. Over the years I have gotten "a few" guns, and I have shot and cleaned and lubed them less. I have been prone to use 3 in 1 oil for cleaning and lubing. There have been a few failures to feed on some of my autoloaders, and some work perfectly well. I think there are two main reasons for jams. First, the cleanor (me) ; next, the cleaner (oil &/or lube). Should I use something like NagantMan does on Youtube? He says he uses charcoal lighter, instead of Hoppes, to clean; and makes own lube from 10weight oil and a few drops of STP. Any advise appreciated - signed, Novice Oiler
